We use wire crates for maximum airflow, visibility, and comfort during transport. We also provide plenty of blankets and treats!
We provide fresh water and bowls for every pet. We do not provide food, so please pack your pet’s regular food in labeled, portioned containers.
Yes, we provide fresh litter and disposable litter boxes for cats during transport. These are cleaned and refreshed regularly throughout the trip.
We use team drivers who rotate shifts. When one driver rests, the other drives, allowing us to operate 24/7. This reduces travel time and stress for your pet. Our teams typically work 10–12 days at a time and then take 5–7 days off to rest.
Dogs are given breaks every 3 to 4 hours. They are walked in low-traffic, pet-safe areas like quiet parks or open spaces to stretch, exercise, and relieve themselves.
Within 24 hours, you’ll be asked to confirm all reservation details.
A group message will be created, including you, any contacts you want to add, the account manager, logistics manager, driver or nanny, and the operations manager. This message is active and monitored 24/7 for continuous support. We will also drop answers to any questions you have around Pickup, Transport and Arrival :)
